So far, my biggest highlight has been being able to begin my career at one of the most prestigious salons in Chicago. Training and learning under talented stylists like Daniel James and Joseph Bartucci has truly been such an amazing experience. I am so excited to utilize what they have taught me. Another career highlight has been becoming certified with Bellami hair extensions and being featured on their Instagram page.
Describe your personal style or aesthetic.
My aesthetic is very trendy and modern. My style has a preppy feel to it while still being urban. I embrace my young Gen Z representation and enjoy bringing something new and fresh to the salon floor.
What is your approach to doing hair?
I find a thorough consultation to be one of the most important aspects of my approach to hair. Developing a relationship with my client allows me to pick up on their energy and vibe. I love being able to combine both color and extensions to create a brand new head of hair that allows my client to exude confidence. I tend to lean towards the “less is more” approach and enhance my client’s natural qualities, but I do enjoy the occasional transformation.
